Bring your pokemon to the daycare center, and they will go up one level every week.
You are only allowed to place one pokemon in the daycare center until your trainer has reached Nimbasa City. Go to the thread inside that says, "Daycare Man," and he will tell you how many levels your pokemon has gone up and if you have successfully managed to get an egg.
